Beef
Our Black Angus beef is raised with care, patience, and a focus on quality. At Orange Creek Farms, we pride ourselves on raising happy, low-stress cattle with no implants or added hormones. Black Angus beef is known for its marbling, tenderness, and flavor, making it a great choice for everything from weeknight dinners to grilling season and freezer stocking. We offer individual cuts, butcher boxes, subscription boxes, and ¼, ½, or whole beef cut to your preferences.
Pork
Our Berkshire hogs are raised outside in the sunshine and dirt, where they can roam, rest, and wallow like pigs should. Berkshire pork is known for rich marbling, tenderness, and exceptional flavor. It may take longer for outdoor-raised hogs to reach the size we like, but we believe the difference in meat quality is worth the wait. We offer individual cuts, butcher boxes, subscription boxes, and halves or wholes cut to your preferences.
Lamb
Our Katahdin lamb is a flavorful, mild option for customers who want tender meat without the strong “mutton” taste. Katahdin hair sheep do not produce lanolin like wool sheep, which helps give the meat a cleaner, milder flavor with no greasy aftertaste. It works well in a wide variety of meals, including tacos, spaghetti, gyros, curry, roasts, and more. We raise Katahdins because they are hardy, docile, wonderful mothers, and allow us to provide hands-on care for our flock.
Goat
Our Boer goats are pasture-raised outside and integrated into our flock of sheep, where they can mingle, play, and grow in a natural farm setting. Boer goats are known for their rapid growth, muscular build, adaptability, and docile temperament. Their meat is high quality, high in iron, and lower in cholesterol, making it a great option for customers looking for something flavorful and versatile. We offer individual cuts, butcher boxes, subscription boxes, and ¼, ½, or wholes cut to your preferences.
Orange Creek Farms also offers chicken and duck eggs when available. Our eggs are a simple farm favorite and a great addition to your weekly meals. Availability may vary by season, so check back often or ask us what we currently have on hand.
